Learn to use mason jars to prep food for work week’s breakfast and lunch. This a demonstration, tasting, and preparation class. You will be chopping the recipe ingredients. Tarcy Hougum will demonstrate: mason jar cooking concepts, use of a sous vide machine for perfect flank steak, and use of a variety of Wustof knives and learn their different uses. Participants need to bring their own apron.
