This wedding package is available year-round and is ideal for those who are planning a smaller affair of up to 50 guests. Due to its smaller size, this package has custom-designed features to make your day everything you’ve dreamed it could be.
Capacity: Up to 50 guests
Available: Sunday-Thursday year-round; weekends November-May
Boutique Ceremony Site Options
Boutique ceremonies include access to grounds the day before the wedding to decorate for up to 3 hours.

Clara's Chapel
Indoor ceremony with seating up to 50 guests. This beautifully reconstructed chapel provides an intimate and serene setting with vintage charm for a memorable celebration of your union.

The Botanical Gardens
This outdoor ceremony in the center of the formal gardens can seat up to 50 guests. Our beautifully manicured gardens are gorgeous and change colors with the seasons. Here, nature provides the decor for your service and the setting for stunning photos. Simple white garden chairs and candles make this a memorable and elegant site choice. Night ceremonies are also available.

Boutique wedding receptions have a choice of two indoor spaces.

Raegan's Event Center
With partial seating for up to 50, it’s a fun and fabulous space with Northwoods ambiance and offers wood-fired pizzas, an indoor bar, a catering kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor patio area.

Lakeside Four Seasons Room
The room can be set for up to 50 guests and features expansive views of the lake and surrounding landscape, high ceilings, exposed beams, mood lighting, and an enormous stone fireplace. It’s elegance at its finest!
Payment Plan
- A $1,000 non-refundable security deposit is required to save your date and secure your booking. The security deposit will be retained if the event is canceled or will be applied to your day of event charges if there is no damage to the property.
- 1st payment installment due 9 months prior to wedding.
- 2nd payment installment due 6 months prior to wedding.
- All package fees and security deposits must be paid in full 30 days prior to your wedding. All food, extra activities, keg trailers, kegs and bartenders are due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
