This wedding package is ideal for those who are planning a smaller affair of up to 50 guests and it is available year-round. Due to smaller size, this package has custom-designed features to make your day everything you’ve dreamed it could be:

Boutique Ceremony Site Options – Boutique ceremonies include access to grounds the day before the wedding to decorate for up to 3 hours

Gazebo- outdoor garden-style wedding with seating for up to 50 guests. Includes outdoor garden chairs, bridal trellis reveal, and access to bridal golf cart. Valet golf cart shuttle service for guests is also included.
Clara's Chapel - indoor ceremony with seating up to 50 guests. This beautifully reconstructed chapel provides an intimate and serene setting with vintage charm for a memorable celebration of your union.
Botanic Garden – outdoor ceremony in the center of the formal gardens, this option can seat up to 50 guests. Our beautifully manicured gardens are gorgeous and change colors with the seasons. Here nature provides the décor for your service and for memorable photos. Simple white garden chairs and candles make this a memorable and elegant site choice. Night ceremonies are also available with this option.

Boutique Event Space Options

Boutique wedding receptions have a choice of two indoor spaces.

Raegan’s Reception Hall – With partial seating up to 50, it’s a fun and fabulous space with North woods ambiance and offers wood-fired pizzas, an indoor bar, a catering kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor patio area.
Lakeside Four Seasons Room – The room can be set for up to 50 guests and features expansive views of the lake and surrounding landscape, high ceilings, exposed beams, mood lighting, and an enormous stone fireplace . . . elegance at its finest!

Payment Plan

1st payment installment due 9 months prior to wedding.
2nd payment installment due 6 months prior to wedding.
All package prices and security deposit must be paid in full 30 days prior to wedding.

Security Deposit

$500.00 - $1000.00 saves your date & secures your booking.
Security deposit is non-refundable* if event is cancelled. It may be applied to day of event charges if there is no damage to property.

Venue Options

Gazebo

The Outdoor Gazebo at Rondele Ranch is our guests favorite and the most popular ceremony location option. The Gazebo rests along the shore of our perfectly manicured, organically tinted lake. Our guests have beautiful views of the Rondele landscape when choosing this option. The Gazebo also has a bridal trellis reveal and will bring tears to the Groom’s eyes upon reveal. This intimate option encompasses and surrounds the couple’s union perfectly. A perfect place for your outdoor lawn ceremony! This open-air option is perfect for large ceremonies – up to 300 in guest count!

The Botanical Gardens

The Botanical Gardens truly are a magical escape from a standard wedding ceremony – for those that prefer a more intimate outdoor ceremony of up to 75. Following the winding trails of the gardens to the center is where couples will unite for their ceremony. These gardens are colorful and ever evolving. Simple, Colorful and Organic this ceremony option requires no decorating, as nature has taken care of it for you. Simple white garden chairs and candles make this option a memorable and beautiful choice. Night ceremonies with this option are also available.

Clara’s Chapel

Clara’s Chapel can be seen from any angle of The Rondele Ranch Promenade, just steps away from fabulous Reception options! This vintage reconstructed chapel is serene, iconic and whimsical. The little white chapel holds up to 60 people and is available all 4 seasons. The original hand pulled bell continues to ring for all weddings. This chapel an exquisite piece of our venue and a photographer’s dream.

The Outdoor Parachute Tent

The Outdoor Parachute Tent is what Rondele Ranch is known for! The tent is brand new and and is our largest event space – this reception option can hold up to 300 people and can be decorated and organized for any occasion. The Outdoor Wedding Parachute tent is truly an Outdoor Ballroom – equip with risers for your head table, and a beautiful new dance floor. The tent sits atop the Event Promenade and the Bar, Restrooms, Private Beach, Bridal Suite and Lakeside 4 Seasons Room are only steps away!!!

Lakeside 4 Seasons Room

The Lakeside 4 Seasons Room has a 270 degree view of the pristine lake and private beach. The ceilings soar - with exposed beams and mood lighting - there is a enormous working wood fire place to set the stage for any affair. This event space is available year round and the room comes alive as it connects with nature and all 4 seasons. The space can also be set for up to 70 people. Rustic Chic Northwoods Charm at it’s very finest!

Raegan’s Reception Hall

Raegan’s Reception Hall is Rondele Ranch’s largest indoor space. Raegan’s has a seating capcity up to 150 people and is available year round. Rustic Northwoods Chic describes the style and feeling of this facility. This space has two built in bars and is a favorite among guests because if it. There also is a Catering Kitchen for all of your culinary needs. Beautiful handcrafted custom wood and iron works adorn this venue option , mood lighting and the versatility for space configuration make this space very popular for our clients and guests.

The Bridge

No fairy tale fantasy event venue with a lake is complete without a Bridge! This bridge is an extremely popular destination here at Rondele Ranch. Photographers marvel at the shots they capture on and around this handcrafted custom structure. Others use the bridge to look accorss the lake and the Rondele Ranch Estate. Weddings have taken place on the bridge as well as Grand Marches - some even jump and dive off if it into the warm waters in the summer months!!
