DESCRIPTION:Tickets: $75 per person \nSocial hour 6 PM at Raegan’s Event Center\, Class starts at 7 PM \nClass includes: \n\nJars\, ingredients\, recipes\nPrepared meal & dessert at class\nTake home: one breakfast meal\, two salad meals\, and one dessert!\n\nDemonstrate! Taste! Prep! \nLearn to use mason jars to prep food for work week’s breakfast and lunch. This a demonstration\, tasting\, and preparation class. You will be chopping the recipe ingredients. Tarcy Hougum will demonstrate: mason jar cooking concepts\, use of a sous vide machine for perfect flank steak\, and use of a variety of Wustof knives and learn their different uses.
