Our bartenders play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and providing individual service. This position will allow you to display mixology skills and beverage knowledge while assuring positive interactions with guests.

Our Event Staff make up the vital team responsible for the on-site execution of events at Rondele Ranch. Event staff work together to ensure that private and public events run smoothly and that our guests receive excellent customer service. They assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event, and job duties may change depending on areas of need.

Groundskeeping at Rondele Ranch is a key role in preparing and maintaining the overall appearance of our grounds and facilities. We've earned a reputation for our gorgeous property and facilities. Our grounds crew works to keep everything in excellent condition for guests and events.

Housekeeping is responsible for working to as a team, as well as solo, to ensure that facilities are lodging are clean to the highest standards and ready for guests. They also assist in light maintenance (such as painting), keeping inventory of cleaning supplies and seasonal decorating.

Our Wedding & Event Coordinators are responsible for working with the Event Staff, as well as solo, to ensure that events run smoothly and that guests receive excellent customer service. They assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event, and job duties may change depending on areas of need. A jack or jill-of-all-trades may find great satisfaction as a coordinator at Rondele Ranch. Additionally, communication skills and attention to detail are sought after traits.
