Holiday Hors d' oeuvre

We are pleased to announce our culinary series of educational and interactive cooking classes brought to yours truely Chef Joe Thomas.

We will be featuring a tutorial on how to create unique holiday appetizers that are guarenteed to wow your guests. Our first class will be focusing on bright  and colorful small plates. These will be a hit at all of your holiday parties! 

The menu will feature:

Feta Florentine Turkey Meat Balls with Fire Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Truffles 

Smoked Whitefish Dip with Pickeld Veg, Whole Grain Mustard, Toasted Crostini

Pomegranate Pistachio Chocoloate Bark

Class begins at 6:00pm and goes till 8:30
