Elegant Amenities

The Once-in-a-Lifetime Dream Wedding Package includes the following elegant amenities:

Access to the east end of our gated property Friday through Sunday, including a private 2-acre lake with sandy beach and gorgeous formal gardens.
Outdoor reception tent located at the Event Promenade for the wedding reception that comfortably seats up to 275 guests. Upscale indoor restroom facilities and professional bar service area are conveniently located only steps away. Optional indoor space for reception is Raegan’s Event Center.
The Lakeside Four Seasons Room is also included and only steps away from the tent. It offers a climate-controlled retreat from outdoors and is an ideal location for gifts, a memory table, light food service, or an indoor dream ceremony.
Outdoor dream ceremony with white garden chairs and bridal trellis reveal (flexible site options of Gazebo, Clara’s Chapel, Lake or Bridge)
Ample parking with valet golf cart shuttle service to ceremony and event areas.
Friday night rehearsal dinner space at Lakeside Four Seasons—it’s a fun and fabulous space with full bar service and a fantastic outdoor patio.
Event coordination before the wedding and on-site coordinators for the day of the wedding.
Engagement photo session access to the property (Monday through Thursday) is included and highly recommended with this package.
All guest tables and chairs, a dance floor with risers, and a romantic ambient lighting package to set the perfect mood.
Outside, guests can relax with comfortable patio furniture and entertaining yard games, available weather permitting.

Lakeside Lodge (sleeps up to 7)

This bridal suite also transitions to the couple’s Honeymoon Suite the night after the wedding.
Lakeside Studio Apartment (sleeps up to 4)

Lower level apartment with full kitchen and bathroom.

Additional lodging rentals available with 10% discounted rate (subject to availability)

Security deposit due at the signing of the event contract which secures your event date.
Security deposit is non-refundable if the event is cancelled. It may be applied to day-of-event charges if there is no damage to property.
50% of estimated costs due 180 days prior to the event.
Remaining balance of estimated cost due 30 days prior to the event.
All food and optional items arranged through Rondele Ranch due in full 14 days prior to the event.
Additional charges, including such things as alcohol/beverages, bartenders, equipment rental, activity fees, service charges, and any other unpaid amounts, will be invoiced following the event and are due upon receipt.
